Check-in and on-site registration will be from 8am – 9am at Johnson Street with a brief players meeting to follow. Amateur division player’s package of either a Star or Champion disc included in entry fee.
This event is a fund raiser for the 2013 Oak Hollow Open and will be an exclusive early chance to pre-register for that event. Each division (Pro, Advanced, and Intermediate) will be $20 per player and will be limited to 32 players per division. This is a non-sanctioned event so no extra fee for being a non-current PDGA member.
Scoring will be done by points per hole, meaning: You win a hole, you get a point. You lose a hole, your opponent gets a point. You tie a hole, nobody gets a point. Early matches will be fewer holes than later matches and both will go until one player has more points than his/her opponent can score in the holes remaining.
Each division will have its own randomly seeded bracket and you play til you lose. Amateur divisions will pay top 50%, which means if you win one match you’re guaranteed to ‘cash’. Tee pads will be determined based on weather and times for each round.
View/Print the Tournament Flyer – Pay by mail instructions at the bottom. Just mail $20 with your name and preferred division of the 3 available (Pro, Advanced, or Intermediate). Please make sure you check availability from the Current Registration List as each division is limited to 32 spots. No need for PDGA number or non-member fee since this is a non-sanctioned event.
